Legal
We explain transparently what personal data we process, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Updated: 3 July 2026.
The controller of your data is IMPERIUM ESTATES S.R.L. (VAT RO51621754), the developer of the VIVO Residence 1 neighbourhood, Tunari, Ilfov county. For any question or request about personal data, write to us at [email protected].
Data you submit through the form on the site: name, email address, phone number, the selected role (buyer, agent, investor, curious) and, where present, the source of your visit (for example the campaign that brought you to the site).
Site usage data, collected only after your consent in the cookie banner: traffic statistics (Google Analytics) and how you interact with the pages, including session recordings in which the fields you fill in are automatically masked (PostHog, servers in the European Union).
Data resulting from direct communication with us: emails, phone calls or messages, together with the conversation history, so we can reply to you.
To answer your requests and schedule your site visit: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To send you information about the project (prices, availability, construction progress): your consent given when submitting the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, by emailing [email protected] or via the unsubscribe link in our messages.
To understand how the site is used and improve it: your consent for analytics cookies. For site security and defending our rights: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the site and our communication, under data-processing agreements: HubSpot (managing enquiries), Resend (sending emails), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (statistics, tags and the map), PostHog (usage analytics, EU servers) and Cookiebot (consent management).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep form data for as long as there is a genuine interest on both sides, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction, or until you withdraw your consent. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the legally required periods (for example fiscal and accounting ones).
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any right, write to us at [email protected]: we reply within 30 days at most. If you are unhappy, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects and we do not build profiles for that purpose. The site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Details about the cookies we use and consent management can be found in the Cookie Policy. If we change this policy, we publish the updated version here, with the revision date.
