What the price includes

At VIVO, the price covers a fully finished, turnkey house: a reinforced-concrete frame structure, premium finishes, thermally insulated joinery, underfloor heating with a heat pump, full utilities (water, sewerage, electricity, fibre — no gas), a private parking space and a garden. The whole community has 24/7 controlled access, an internal street and green spaces, and the houses come with written warranties for the structure, equipment and finishes.

VAT and other costs

Beyond the listed price (excluding VAT), it is wise to budget for: VAT in line with the legislation in force, notary and land-registration fees, and any furnishing or fit-out costs to your taste. How you can pay

You can pay in full or through a mortgage. For a mortgage, the bank assesses the property and your income; a new house, registered in the land book, in a community with up-to-date paperwork simplifies the process. We can provide the documents the bank needs.

The steps are simple: you join the VIVO First list through the form on the site, book a visit on site, choose the model and the plot, then sign the reservation. Those who sign up first have priority in choosing plots.
